Move In/Move Out Cleaning Includes:

Whole Home:

• Dusting of all surfaces, baseboards, shelves, and light fixtures
• Wipe down doors, door frames, and switches/outlets
• Clean inside closets, shelves, and cabinets
• Vacuum and mop all floors
• Spot clean walls (where applicable)
• Clean windows, tracks, and window sills
• Remove cobwebs

Kitchen:

• Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash
• Wipe inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
• Deep clean sink, faucet, and polish fixtures
• Clean inside and outside of refrigerator
• Clean inside and outside of oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher
• Degrease range hood and stove top
• Sweep and mop floors thoroughly

Bathrooms:

• Scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, and sinks
• Clean mirrors and polish fixtures
• Wipe inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
• Clean and disinfect counters and backsplashes
• Remove hard water stains and soap scum where possible
• Sweep and mop floors

Bedrooms & Living Areas:

• Dust and wipe all surfaces, including baseboards and ceiling fans
• Clean inside closets, shelves, and drawers
• Wipe doors, handles, and light switches
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
• Clean window sills, tracks, and blinds (if applicable)
